标题: mach3 加工z轴深度与程序不一致,越走越深,求指点。

我最近在用mach3加工点东西,用的是UG编程输出G代码。加工时候发现Z轴深度加工出来变深了(需要加工深度2.5mm,加工出来之后变为3.5mm左右),但XY方向的尺寸正常。点击自动回原点后发现XY是对的.Z轴的原点比之前低了。1.雕刻机机架是铸铁的,已接地,控制箱没接地(是否有可能是干扰问题)

2.Z轴的加速度由200调到了100,速度由1500调到了800,没有改善。(是否有可能是Z轴丢步了)
3.是用ug输出的G代码,找了几个后处理文件试都没改变。不知道是不是出加工程序的问题(但检查G代码,发现Z轴的值是对的)。

请各位大神帮忙分析一下是什么原因,谢谢!!!

Z轴联轴器坏了,或者Z轴步进电机力矩不够丢步了。

用手转动联轴器,步进电机跟着转了;抬刀方向需要的扭力还是比较大的,下刀方向的扭力比较小。没发现其他异常。手动控制的时候,试过用手压着主轴手动抬刀,发现抬刀也正常,电机的扭力应该是够的才对

总之先紧一紧联轴器螺丝,排除是否联轴器,发然后换电机,可以跟XY轴调换

互调X轴和Z轴试机,发现Z轴丢步严重,检查发现还真是联轴器的问题,想不到机器没用多久联轴器居然出问题了

没用过mach3,但是像你差的这么精确吗?每次都是整整一毫米左右,是不是看看刀长数据?

是的,我也发现有问题了,我的切削量是每层0.2mm,但是第一刀就直接下0.69mm.了。你有UG的mach3后处理程序吗,我怀疑是后处理有问题

已经解决了,最后发现是联轴器的问题。联轴器的螺丝需要拧很紧才能夹住步进电机。

UG正在学,形成代码还不会,UG很容易上手,后处理很难。我的办法是先复制到txt文件,然后改文件名txt改为DIN,m3可以运行。

UG后处理选文件格式TXT,也就是G代码的通用格式,M3是能运行的!

解决了,是联轴器不够牢固,抬刀的时候偶尔会打滑,导致Z轴尺寸有问题。
