1:All I can tell you is that I fly my paramotor with a free flying wing and have no problems with it.
2:There are differences between paramotor wings and free flying wings, but if you want to do both and can only afford one wing, then choose a free flying wing. Otherwise just choose a paramotor specific wing which will be better, safer and faster.
3:Choose a wing (paraglider)where the higher limit is around 20 kilograms above your body weight fully clothed.
4:Generally, most motor wings will have trim tabs in addition to the speedbar setup. This goes a long way to triming out torque that some motors may induce. You can still fly a free flight wing with a motor, but most wings I have attempted to launch without trim tabs cause more headaches and are less stable in the launch. They either want to drop back, or overfly you. For a beginner, this generally extends the training time.
