Concerning Your problem:
this might be caused due to a crash or bad autorotation.
The material is strong enough. But it is, of course, in this area of the blade holder, thin (because of wight and design).
You will never ever damage the blade holder in flight. But if, like in this case, the blade is folded to far You might damage the blade holder AND the blade, as You do on every other model in the market, no matter what size it is.
If we had made the material thicker in this area the blade would have been totally destroyed.
When I take a close look at the picture the blade structure is destroyed and I strongly recommend NOT to use these blades any more on a 800 size helicopter! It could fail and come off in flight!
This is not a question about quality of the material, just a question about taking care of the model. If You crash, You will damage the model.
Please tell the customer NOT to use the blade any more! The blade holder itself is ok, even if it does not look good.
